The Boles ISD board will consider two budget amendments: $35,000 for replacing the gym floor and $517,831 for the Teacher Incentive Allotment program. The board will also review a preliminary budget for the 2026-2027 school year.
The board will vote on launching a Student Leadership Innovative course at the high school and approve the district's TIA Handbook 2026. Other action items include renewing a dual-credit agreement with Paris Junior College, adopting TASB update 127 local policies, approving a NETCAT SSA Agreement, and approving evaluation calendars for teachers (T-TESS) and principals (T-PESS).
Principal accountability goals from elementary, middle and high school campuses will be reviewed during site-based committee reports. The board will also act on personnel matters, including resignations from Caroline Oglesby and Seth Hardin and the hiring of Shelby Moore. An executive session is scheduled to discuss pending litigation and personnel issues.
